Delivery

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, the minimum order total for local delivery is $25. Orders under $25 are eligible for FREE local pickup. All orders over $50 are eligible for FREE local delivery.

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

No, you do not have to be home to accept your delivery. Our delivery team is trained to place your order in a safe location if no one is home to receive the order. You can also add a note at checkout letting us know of any special delivery requests.

What days do you deliver?

We currently deliver all of our orders on Saturdays, but we are working hard to offer delivery on multiple days to suit our customers needs. 

When do I have to order by?

All orders must be made by Thursday at 10AM to ensure delivery on Saturday. Any orders placed after Thursday at 10AM will be carried over to the following weeks deliveries.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently offer delivery to London and the surrounding areas. Check out "Where We Deliver" on the main menu to see a map of our current delivery areas. If you find that we do not offer delivery in your area, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to add your location in the near future.

 

Pickup

Do you offer pickup in London?

We currently only offer pickup at our farm market located in Chatham-Kent but are working hard to add local pickup options in London and surrounding areas.

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

Once we receive your order, our team will be notified and start the process of fulfilling your order. Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive a notification from us via email or text that your order is ready to be picked up. If for any reason you cannot pick up on the day your order is ready, no worries, we keep your order in a temperature controlled cooler to ensure quality and freshness.

What information do I need to bring to receive my order?

Once you receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup, you can visit us during regular business hours, 9am-5pm Mon-Sun. We will need to confirm your order number and name via ID prior to receiving your order.
